Gary believes that the purpose of our judicial system is to give every individual the right to seek justice when they or their loved ones are injured or harmed as a result of the negligence of others. Due to the complexities of the modern judicial system a skilled and experienced professional is necessary to obtain full justice and maximum compensation for injuries. The insurance industry has worked to put up as many barriers as possible to deny ordinary citizens full compensation. Gary has dedicated himself to fighting for justice and full compensation for people who have been harmed. His proven track record of success on behalf of his clients exemplifies the skill, dedication and experience necessary to prevail in today’s court system.

For several years prior to fighting for the rights of individuals Gary worked with a defense firm representing the interests of a broad range of clients in the areas of automobile, premises liability, construction, toxic tort, insurance coverage and medical malpractice actions in both the Circuit and Appellate courts of Illinois. While working on the defense side Gary learned all the ins and outs of the tactics used by the insurance industry to limit the recoveries of ordinary citizens. He now uses this knowledge and experience to seek full justice and maximum compensation for his clients.
