Hate grows from sight

During the last months, I have been traveling across different cities around the world; I usually stop to analysis their own political, economic and religious aspects, as well as their daily life and social customs. Nevertheless, an aspect that I realized, which varies depending on the place is the tolerance to people who identify themselves within the LGTBQ community. In some places, you can be whoever you want without facing a risk, but in others, you can be judged for love.

June comes with the beginning of several events and actions by the LGTBQ community as well as persons who support them. Showing what they have had to do in order to live a simple life because there are still people with hate against they cannot live normal as any person must do. Maybe, one day at some point the roles may be reversed; Laws of Karma.

Nowadays, against of people within the LGTBQ community is commonly find out news about discrimination and violence, speech both in videos and writings wishing the worst and actions in order to suppress their rights and themselves, generating only a greater division between the persons. Just enough to open each day a social media to notice the actual situations.

For that reason, I’ve got this doubt; Why does it bother you to see LGTBQ persons? If at the end they are only humans like you, living together on the same planet and breathing the same oxygen. I know, this question may cause a war between the readers or the population.

But if you stop and think, so, if the world was blind, everything would be love?

A lot of people hate to see persons of the same sex on the street walking or holding their hands, kissing between them and even sharing time without harming someone or something. Besides, as now the places or events that promote LGTBQ rights. Several times I have heard and seen the attack messages accompanied by the verb “see”; “I hate that they see me”, “I hate to see what they do” or “I just hate to see them”.

Looking for a deep answer, the brief is the next: protecting my children and family because what they see on the street, television or some media which show LGTBQ people are “bad influence”, keeping the tradition and take care of the existence of the human race (one of the funniest knowing that the overpopulation is causing problems…
