First Week as a Hacker in a project

Hello World!

My name is Ignatius Rahardi Prasojo

My team and i are working for Microstrategy to create a project called Microwatch. The purpose of this project is to forecast crime activity using python. This project is a machine learning service that could periodically get crime data, learn from them, and provide results to Microstrategy dashboards.

My first week was a roller coster of emotions. What i have done was collecting raw data from UK’s Police database then merge it into one big CSV file.Then, i made the python models at the back end of my project which use Django framework then made a postgresql database at Docker Portrainer. It was very difficult for me because it was my first time using a docker tool. I have to study it first and it was confusing at start but ill get used to it. Not only that, i forgot that this project used Test Driven Development, so i didnt create a test first for my models

After i made the models for Django, i pushed my project to my repo at gitlab. i have made many mistake about the format of mt commits because i forgot to use them.

This week in this blog, i will discuss things like Git, TDD, and Agile Development!
